Town & Country Home Builders was founded by Bill McQuillan and Larry Brians in 1997. The philosophy here is a little different, and sets Town & Country Home Builders apart from other builders. What you see in our models is what you get. We build a home on which we are proud to put our name, with quality craftsmanship, value and personalized attention to every home buyer. Town & Country Home Builders is a custom builder and we will gladly customize one of our plans to meet your needs and your lifestyle, or we will build any house you dream of through our in-house drafting department. Town & Country Home Builders believes that customers building a Custom Home should get just that, a true "Custom Home". At Town & Country Home Builders, we define "Custom Home" as the following:

1) Client, Builder, and Drafter all meet together to layout and design a plan that specifically addresses your family's desires. Our goal is to design exactly what you want, without exception.

2) Client and builder meet during the design phase to determine the financial issues surrounding the project. Our goal is to construct a residence that meets the budget requirements that have been defined by you.

3) Client and Building Manager meet weekly and communicate regularly to discuss and/or modify construction.

4) Client has flexibility (if so desired) to select every furnishing in the entire house. (i.e. paint colors, flooring, exterior finishes, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, hardware, stained cabinets, electronics, appliances, windows, doors, etc.).

At this point you may be thinking, yes, all that sounds great but what kind of price is placed on such a "Custom" service like this? Town & Country Home Builders can offer this type of service at a cost less than many builders in the area. (Price per square foot comparisons).
